How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you've selected your venue and wedding date. Ivory + Bloom Co. intentionally accepts a limited number of weddings each year, so popular dates can fill quickly.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes, delivery, installation, and styling are available for the Signature Design Experience based on your venue location. The Simply Beautiful Experience offers a streamlined rental option, allowing couples to enjoy professionally designed arrangements with a more accessible investment.
How do rental returns work?
Simply Beautiful rentals are returned by the couple according to the instructions provided before your wedding. For Signature Design weddings with installation services, we return after your celebration to collect the rental pieces, allowing you to simply enjoy your day.
Whst areas do you serve?
We serve most of Middle Tennessee, including Nashville and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your venue is within our service area, we would love to hear from you.
Do you only create floral designs for weddings?
Weddings are our primary focus, but we also create faux floral designs for other meaningful celebrations, including bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, parties, and special events. If you're planning an occasion, we'd love to hear from you.
Do you offer fresh flowers?
The Simply Beautiful Experience features premium faux florals exclusively. For the Signature Design Experience, fresh flowers may be incorporated into select designs when appropriate for your vision and the overall floral plan. We'll discuss the best approach during your consultation.
Can I customize my flowers?
The Signature Design Experience is fully customized around your wedding vision. Every arrangement is thoughtfully designed specifically for your celebration. The Simply Beautiful Experience features a designer-created floral suite and is not intended for custom design. Select enhancements may be available depending on your wedding needs.
What is the minimum investment?
The Signature Design Experience requires a minimum floral investment of $1,500, with final pricing based on your floral needs, wedding party size, guest count, and selected enhancements. The Simply Beautiful Experience is offered as a ready-to-rent floral suite with straightforward pricing and optional enhancements.
Are faux flowers good for outdoors?
Faux florals are ideal for outdoor weddings - they won't wilt in the heat or humidity, making them perfect for summer weddings in Tennessee. Your flowers will be as beautiful for the last dance as they were for the first look.
What about rain?
Faux florals should not be out in the rain, but neither should brides. So, we'll work with your planner to follow your rain plan.
